NACO offers a Flexible Benefit Plan that allows individuals to set aside pre-tax dollars each pay period for certain eligible expenses. And an added benefit, NACO is paying for much of the setup and administrative costs of this program.
The Flexible Benefit Plan is often referred to as a Cafeteria Plan or Section 125 Plan. Persons enrolled are able to save on the amount of federal, state and social security taxes they pay.
NACO has contracted with First Concord Benefits Group, L.L.C. to provide the administrative services.
Employees may design their individual account to cover insurance premiums, unreimbursed medical expenses and/or dependant child care costs. The choice is solely at the discretion of the individual.
