JOE
HEWGLEY ELECTED PRESIDENT OF
THE NEBRASKA ASSOCIATION OF
COUNTY OFFICIALS
Lincoln County Commissioner,
Joe Hewgley was elected 2008
President of the Nebraska
Association of County Officials
during the organization’s 113th
annual state conference
conducted in Lincoln December 12-14,
2007. Currently vice president,
Hewgley was a unanimous
selection of the 700 county
officials who participated in
the event. Hewgley previously
served as President of NACO in
1998.
County officials also elected
Fillmore County Supervisor,
Dennis Kimbrough as NACO vice president
and Hall County Supervisor,
Pam Lancaster as
secretary-treasurer for 2008.
